International Property Specialist (CIPS), I conduct myself
honestly and professionally... and I think it is UNETHICAL
and WRONG to employ tricks, "closing techniques"
or other underhand methods for the sake of "closing a
deal".
Not only will I rent your property but I won't stop there.
I will take care of all the paperwork including Letter of
Intent, Tenancy Agreement, Inventory List, and even telephone
line and utility application for the new Tenant. I will also
be there with you when the home is handed over and photograph
(digitally, of course) any faults at the time of hand-over.
Naturally I will liaise with you and the Tenants throughout
the Tenancy and look for a new Tenant before the Tenancy expiry
so as to try and minimize the vacancy period.
