I specialise in helping people, especially expatriates, find the best rental accommodation within your budget. Being an expatriate myself, I understand where you're coming from.

I will share with you whatever information I have and know - in addition to guiding you through the best alternatives and let YOU decide.

I will also be there with you when the home is handed over and photograph (digitally, of course) any faults at the time of hand-over.

Naturally I will liaise with you and the Tenants throughout the Tenancy and look for a new Tenant before the Tenancy expiry so as to try and minimize the vacancy period.
